Insurance ID Card

Your school has opted for a digital ID card. Your digital ID card is available on anthem.com or the Sydney Health mobile app when you register with your student ID number on or after your plan effective date. Print a copy of your card anytime or show it to your doctor from your smartphone.

If you prefer to have a hard copy of your ID Card, You have 2 options:

Call Anthem's Customer Service at 1 (844) 412-0752 on or after your plan effective date.
Sign into your anthem.com account, select ID Cards then select ID Cards that you would like to be mailed, then press Mail.

Change Address, Phone, or Email

It is very important to make sure that your address, phone number, and email address on file at the school are current and accurate. If not, ID cards, explanation of benefits and other notifications about your student health insurance plan may not get to you. If you have moved or your contact information has changed, please make sure you update your contact information with your school.

How to Access Your Temporary ID Card (Letter of Coverage) Information

1. Create an AHP account by selecting Register and login

2. On the Home page, click "To print a letter of coverage, please click here".

Non Returning Students

Students who are NOT returning to school for Fall 2025

If you need a letter stating that your coverage ends August 14^th, Anthem will be able to provide this letter to you after August 15^th. If you need a letter before August 15^th, click here. Include your name, and student ID in the email.
